Complete restoration of exterior limestone facade, interior plaster, refinishing of floors, decorative features and other finishes. Installation of new museum-quality HVAC system, addition of underground cooling tower, new mechanical systems, new roof, new fire alarm system, new telephone system and CAT-5 wiring for broadband, build-out of interior offices and apartments for personnel.
