Scope
This row house to condominium conversion restored a formerly grand mansion to new life. The six urban, luxury units retain the historic home’s architectural charm and overlay modern features such as cutting-edge audio/visual technologies and green design elements. An underused carriage house at the back of the building transformed to a dramatic, light-filled upper-floor unit.
