EXECUTIVE ADVISOR
Julio Murillo is Senior Advisor and Partner of Renovations Unlimited, Inc. He is also Managing Member and Founder of Murillo/Malnati Group LLC. Mr. Murillo is responsible for MMG's operational and strategic planning, implementation of company marketing strategy, and overall management. Mr. Murillo's responsibilities include successfully positioning the Company's product offerings and attaining strategic objectives.
Prior to his work at Renovations Unlimited, Inc. and Murillo/Malnati Group LLC, Mr. Murillo was Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Group CTI, Inc., which included Construction Technologies International (CTI) and Construction Technologies Argentina (CTA), two leading international construction technology transfer and import/export firms specializing in US-manufactured building products.
From 1988 to 1994, prior to founding Group CTI, Mr. Murillo was Co-Founder and President of MCCI, a Virginia-based general contracting firm affiliated with the NV Group of companies. Mr. Murillo was responsible for implementing a state-of-the-art management information system and a quality control program designed to streamline operations and ensure timely delivery of over 600 construction projects in the Washington, DC metropolitan area.
Prior to founding MCCI, Mr. Murillo was Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer of NVCommercial Management, Inc., a start-up real estate management company affiliated with the NVCommercial Group.
From 1985 to 1988, Mr. Murillo was the Senior Real Estate Development Financial Analyst for Lincoln Property Company. He was responsible for project finances for commercial construction projects totaling over $175 million, as well as financial management of the construction, leasing, and property management profit centers.
Mr. Murillo attended the School of Economics at George Mason University. He is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Parks.
